Dr. Day graduated from the University of North Carolina School of Dentistry in 2000. Prior to dental school, she attended the University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill for undergraduate studies. Dr. Day has been practicing for approximately 10 years. She has been in her current location for 3 1/2 years. Since she began practicing dentistry, Dr. Day has kept up to date on many continuing educational classes, ensuring that her patients receive the most comprehensive and advanced dental care. She is a member in good standing with the American Dental Association, the North Carolina Dental Society, and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentists. She is also a member of the Carteret County Chamber of Commerce and the First United Methodist Church.

Dr. Day and her husband, Travis, just celebrated their 10th anniversary! They have two little girls: Dylan, age 6 and Anderson, age 3. They enjoy boating, so you may see them on the water most any weekend!
